Darren has worked his way through every aspect of the industry from installing to surveying, working at some of the UK’s largest construction and home improvement companies until he eventually partnered with Mark to form Swain & Rands Ltd.
Mark is an engineer, surveyor and industry recognised expert in working with aluminium and UPVC products for over 30 years, working at some of the biggest companies in the country before establishing Swain & Rands with business partner Darren.
Dave has been an installer of UPCV & Aluminium products since the age of 18. With many years experience and a second to none knowledge of conservatories he was the perfect man to head Swain & Rands conservatory installation team.
Ian brings years of experience in client relations and firm knowledge of the industry with him. Like Mark, he has worked at some of the country's largest organisations in customer facing & technical sales roles.
Dave has experience working with one of the South's largest home improvement companies and has an expert eye for surveying. He works closely with Mark to ensure manufacturing sizes are accurate and often oversees installations. He also handles all post-sale procedures.
Having trained and worked closely with Dave since his early days in the industry, Rob was ideal to come onboard & head the Swain & Rands window & door installation team.
